Share the Care: Awareness program for women’s health
Dhnyan Prabodhini Bahuuddeshiya gramin vikas sanstha organised a free health check-up camp in July 2017 at Nagsen Buddha Vihara, Gitti fail, Wardha, Maharashtra. The population mainly comprises of slum and underprivileged population. The camp targeted women from the age group of 18-70 years. Health check-up included measurement of blood pressure, blood sugar, HIV and sickle cell testing, estimation of blood group. Total 97 beneficiaries benefited from the camp, which included 21 elderly and 76 reproductive age group females.
